We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but if not you have 7 days from the time you receive it to request a store credit.

How do I make a return?

Email hello@pynkmannequin.com with your name, order number, the item(s) being returned and the reason for returning.

How many days do I have to return the item(s)?

You have 7 business days from the time you receive it to submit your return request. You will receive an email reply with all the instructions on making the return. (Please allow up to 48 hours for your response email) Once you receive your email instructions you can ship the item(s) back. Pynk Mannequin is not responsible for shipping costs.

Once you item(s) has been received, you will be emailed your store credit redemption information within 5-7 business days.

No Refunds Store Credit ONLY No Exceptions.

What items are returnable?

All apparel is returnable within 7 business days from the time you received it. All items must be unworn and unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached. Damaged items will NOT be accepted. Please be advised that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

What items are excluded from being returned?

Worn items

Items with stains,(makeup,deodorant,etc) scents or any signs of wear.

Discounted Items

All shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What if I received a damaged item(s)?
